After that the race is finally on, you need posture and most of all formation. With these two you all know that the gold medal is within your arm reach. You just have to run with the knowledge and quickness of your best abilities. Keeping a positive mindset also helps as well. The positive you are the better your goal becoming reality. Elbows in, arms above your hips moving in a normal rotation but, mostly knees up. The first 50meters you use the blocks to get out. Then the next, 50meters you pump your arms but not using as much leg movement as the way you did with the block start of the race. The last 100 meters your coming off of that curve you use everything you have. Arms, legs, breathing in and out of your nose and fight! That's exactly how you run a 200meter dash! This is your technique that you should use and you will be the best you can. Just keep trying...There is still more to come.
